Works For Your House takes great pride in having created large works of art for both large public corporations and smaller private public services and having achieved commendations from government entities for the efforts. Public Works is where art is created for public viewing. It can be art designed specifically for shopping centres, government foyers or meeting spaces, day care centres, schools or hospitals. It may even engage the help of the children or adults involved. I personally have enjoyed large commissions, in feeling apart of something big that you can all look and wonder at and I eagerly ask you for more!

WESTFIELD FACES OF NORTH LAKES - With a background in advertising agencies and business this has taught me, as the Director to meet budgets and deadlines. I have proved myself reliable to large organisations such as The Westfield Group, builders of magnificent shopping centres, in that I was capable of answering the rigours demanded of a horrendous deadline - the painting of 72 children’s portraits in little more than 6 weeks! MATTY MOOS WALL MURALS - This is the first of many wall murals for Works For Your House as no sooner did word get out than, BANG! Everyone wants one. Painted for a family run children’s boutique in North Lakes Queensland, these murals invite you back to a time of carefree days, innocence and love. Public murals can be painted for boutiques, shops, offices and boardrooms, restaurants, foyers, formal places and kids spaces. Wall murals, like any art, take some planning and many days or many weeks of work but the results are hugely impressive.  They help bring style, atmosphere and colour to your environment and fully support your product. BRIGHTON DAY CARE CONCERT MURAL - Day care centres, schools and hospitals, youth groups, sporting clubs or theatre groups can commission us to create, or help to create works of art for public viewing. We are happy to art direct classes of children in small manageable groups to work together to paint murals like this Australian backdrop for Brighton Day Care Centre’s Christmas concert. These “sessions” can be created at your location (Brisbane and surrounding suburbs only). Of course for more complex commissions such as mosaics or pieces with more detail, we will want to master the artwork without assistance in the studio.
