OUR UNIQUE CREATIVE PROCESS!   Fully customised art to your every need requires a certain way of doing things and to help you understand how we work, here's our Unique Creative Process, leaving out a few pleasant mentionables we'd like to keep as little surprises for you!   What happens at your appointment? Together, we discuss your rooms decor and its artwork design in depth and create a thumbnail draft. This is your chance to have everything you desire!   Size is established according your decor.   An estimate or firm quote is offered and if accepted, a 50% deposit is requested.  *  Payment facilities available include:  Eftpos and Credit Card (MasterCard/Visa/Amex.) Cash or Cheques are also welcome on the day.    The colours are sampled and your space is photographed for reference.    If required, you are given a Colour Wheel and taught how to use it    We teach you the general rules of decor and give you hints and tips so you can make positive changes to the rest of your space!   We order a specially made canvas to specification unless your work is on paper.   Your job is booked firmly into our studio calendar and you are advised of dates as to when your work will commence and if we are running on time.  What happens during your arts creation? If necessary we research content for your artwork and invite your comment.   Your art is designed and a draft is emailed for your comment with images to assist you visualise your job.  This is your chance to make changes!   Your design is then transferred to your canvas via projection so what you approve is what you get.  Sometimes show you this stage too.   A section of your art is painted in your style and emailed to you for your comment.   Work commences.  We email you a half way image or invite you to the studio to view the actual job and invite comment again to ensure you love your art.   We email a final photo and close ups upon completion requesting your final approval. I love my art!  What's next? We put a Certificate Of Authenticty on your artwork, photograph your art and prepare it for delivery   Delivery can be professionally freighted to you wherever you are, picked up or we can bring it to you for a reasonable fee. Payment in full is requested prior to or on delivery via our EFTPOS / Credit Card facility. Cash and cheques are also welcome    We follow up a few days later to ensure you love your art and we've met our guarantee to you.   We request your testimonial and later send you something to help you refer us to your friends!   Your art will be presented on the WFYH web site and a link emailed to you so you can share your experience with family and friends.   We will call you again in 6 months unless otherwise organised, to see if you are interested in another great art experience.   WOW!  That sounds great, how do I book an appointment with you?: Just call us!  Due to demand there is a $100 + gst booking Fee but it has benefits! Your Booking Fee is credited to your job upon deposit payment The Booking Fee covers the appointment cost  - decor lesson  - colour wheel  - decorating suggestions relevant to your space   Jobs for special occasion gift dates will receive priority   We create a studio booking ASAP after your appointment, to save you waiting time.   A receipt will be sent to you with an appointment card and dates emailed to you.   A reminder will be sent to you well prior to your appointment. Your Booking Fee Terms The fee is credited to you job when you pay your deposit If you are not commissioning art the fee is non-refundable The fee is transferable and can be gifted should you cancel your appointment.
