OUR UNIQUE CREATIVE PROCESS!

 

We are proud of the many clients who have repeatedly commissioned tailored art from us.  It is due to their holistically satisfying experience as you can read on our testimonials page. 

What follows is our entire process, leaving out a few pleasant mentionables we'd like to keep as little surprises for you!

 

  • We arrange an appointment with you well in advance of your needs
    * Appointments will incur a $100 fee. This one off fee covers our time and resources costs and is fully deducted should you commission art.
What happens at your appointment?
  1. Together, we discuss your rooms decor and its artwork design in depth and create a thumbnail draft. This is your chance to have everything you desire!
     
  2. Size is established according your decor.
     
  3. An estimate or firm quote is offered and if accepted, a 50% deposit is requested.  *  Payment facilities available include:  Eftpos and Credit Card (MasterCard/Visa/Amex.) Cash or Cheques are also welcome on the day. Your $100 appointment fee is deducted.
     
  4. The colours are sampled and your space is photographed for reference. 
     
  5. You are given a Colour Wheel and taught how to use it 
     
  6. We teach you the general rules of decor and give you hints and tips so you can make positive changes to the rest of your space!
     
  7. We order a specially made canvas to specification.
     
  8. Your job is booked firmly into our studio calendar and you are advised of dates as to when your work will commence and if we are running on time. 
What happens during your arts creation?
  • If necessary we research content for your artwork and invite your comment.
     
  • Your art is designed and a draft is emailed for your comment with images to assist you visualise your job.  This is your chance to make changes!
     
  • Your design is then transferred to your canvas via projection so what you approve is what you get.  Sometimes show you this stage too.
     
  • A section of your art is painted in your style and emailed to you for your comment.
     
  • Work commences.  We email you a half way image or invite you to the studio to view the actual job and invite comment again to ensure you love your art.
     
  • We email a final photo and close ups upon completion requesting your final approval.

I love my art!  What's next?

  • Payment in full is requested prior to delivery via our EFTPOS / Credit Card facility.
     
  • Delivery can be professionally freighted to you wherever you are, picked up or we can bring it to you for a reasonable fee.
     
  • We follow up a few days later to ensure you love your art and we've met our guarantee to you.
     
  • We request your testimonial and send you something to help you refer us to your friends.
     
  • Your art will be presented on the WFYH web site so you can share your experience with family and friends.
     
  • We will call you again sometime to see if you are interested in more great art.
