Children’s photos on our site, are taken in the presence and with the knowledge of our clients, with copies available on CD. Clients are informed when their images and stories are on our site. Works For Your House reserves the right to show our work for the purpose of advertising our product. Copy right is shared with our clients automatically or may be purchased outright from us for 20% of the artwork total, if required. Commissioning artwork does not automatically give full copy right ownership but is a negotiable asset as per Intellectual Property law in Australia.
