Jessica Gilbey is a lucky little girl. She has a lovely life near the sea at Redcliffe and a great backyard with a pirates island in it. She plays amongst the swaying palms and watches the butterflies flitter about in the breezy morning sunlight.
Her parents decided to Jessica was such a good little girl that she would love a special painting for her room all about her life and something to reflect upon when older too....so an artwork about childhood.
Sharron did the usual thing, lots of thumbnail designs at their appointment, research of butterflies, drafting the design carefully and masking it off to make painting easier for Jess, even colour coding it so she could have more independence during her session.
Jess told her parents it was the best birthday present ever.
